By accessing or using Blimbles, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Use of the Service

Blimbles is provided for personal, non-commercial gameplay use unless explicitly authorized otherwise.

Do not abuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.
Do not exploit bugs, automation, or manipulation that harms game integrity.
Do not use Blimbles in violation of applicable law.

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for activity associated with your account and for maintaining account access through your selected authentication provider.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for security reasons.

Virtual Gameplay Data

In-game progression, balances, and virtual gameplay values are part of the service experience and may be adjusted, reset, or discontinued as the game evolves.

Blimbles does not grant ownership rights in virtual gameplay data beyond your limited right to use the service.

Disclaimers and Liability

Blimbles is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nullcorp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
